I really just love this whole series, and I feel like I learn something new from each one. I actually didn’t know that Maille (my favorite mustard brand, that I currently can’t find ANYWHERE in Madrid) produced vinegar, too. I’ll have to keep an eye out to see if they stock it in our local stores.
I don't think anyone can find mustard anywhere at the moment with the shortage! But yes they do, they're amazing, and I hope you have more luck than I do getting them! They only do the mustards in the UK and since they've closed their online store here as well as no longer being able to get their freshly pumped mustards (so much better!) I've been cut off from their mini cornichons too. But, circling back, the vinegars are excellent (I used to use the red wine vinegar back when I had access to French supermarkets), and if you see it their extra virgin is also a good solid standard oil for everyday - used to buy a tonne of that, too!
