I love this list, as always! Re: the Serious Eats article on Dutch ovens, I strongly agree that the Le Creuset is one of the best and completely worth the money!
It is the fact I grew up cooking in ones my parents had as wedding presents that totally sold me on starting my own collection! (And the fact my first one was purple...!)
The Le Creusets come in such fun colors! We have a big Dutch oven that’s blue (it’s the main one we use), but we’ve expanded our collection to several mini cocottes in a range of blues and greens. They actually did double duty as dip containers last week when we hosted Thanksgiving!
