THIS IS A REVELATION. I love sriracha (and there is nowhere better to put it than on a breakfast sandwich) but I’ve been avoiding the green cap version because it contains sodium bisulfite, and I’m allergic. The Tabasco version does not contain sodium bisulfite! Thank you so much for writing about this, I had no idea it existed and must get my hands on it!!
